SEBRAE Delegation from Brazil Visited MSD China & IBM
Ms. Yang Liu, Executive Director of MSD China, together with Ms. Liu Xiaolin, Regional Manager-GCG, Services & General Procurement, Integrated Supply Chain, IBM Corporation, met SEBRAE delegation from Brazil at IBM Beijing office on Oct. 18, 2013. During the visit, Ms. Yang Liu gave a brief introduction on MSD China, and Ms. Liu Xiaolin from IBM also talked about the close cooperation between IBM and MSD China and IBM’s support to small and medium-sized enterprises in China. Then both parties exchanged views on issues of mutual interests and looked forward to possible exchanges and cooperation in the future.
Created in 1972, SEBRAE (Brazilian Support for Micro and Small Companies) is a small business development institution, headquartered in Brasilia and with a network of 27 regional offices and nearly 800 service units in all Brazilian states. In 2012, over 1.6 million small businesses benefited from SEBRAE services in the country. With a direct staff of 5 thousand employees and over 8 thousand consultants, SEBRAE offers business consultancy, training programs, guidance to credit, as long as solutions on access to markets and innovation, and also plays an important advocacy role in the public arena.
